SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

- At this point in time, we only make deliveries within Sabah.

- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For deliveries to Semporna, Kunak, Lahad Datu, Sandakan, Kota Kinabalu, and further places from Tawau, the shipment will be handled within 2 weeks via New Strange Delivery. Thus, it will NOT be an immediate delivery service to out of Tawau locations.

- Please note that we DO NOT make deliveries on statutory holidays. If New Strange Furniture has a high volume of orders, we will notify you by phone if a delay occurs.
